 We will contact you for a telephone conversation to discuss your project in detail. This is where we get to know each other and determine if we’re the right fit. This discussion allows us to ascertain your requirements, outline preliminary pricing, and confirm that our services align perfectly with your vision. 

 After the initial phone consultation, Investing in an on-site consultation is the next step towards bringing your dream outdoor space to life. We’ll visit your space, to confirm details about your project and to discuss the design and planning process that best suits your project's requirements. 

 From a simple sketch to a 3D Design we’ll pair you with a designer or architect that suits your project requirements. You’ll collaborate with them while we stay in the loop. Once the designs are completed, we’ll review them with you to verify that the design matches the requirements of your property and your project vision.  

Add a description  Once the Designs are approved we will present a detailed price estimate based on the design and scope of work required for your project. Once the estimate is approved we will provide you with the contract. Once the contract is accepted we will prepare to break ground and move into the construction phase. 

 Construction will begin with a preconstruction walk through with you in which we will discuss aspects of the project, review your expectations, and review the project design prior to breaking ground. Regular on-site meetings and weekly updates during the project keep the lines of communication open, ensuring expectations are met.  Construction concludes with a post construction walkthrough with you where we will address any final concerns and to ensure everything meets your expectations. 

 With construction concluded, it’s time to celebrate the successful transformation of your outdoor space.
